Displays: Information for both CARE Communities and EPA Resources and Tools

To: CARE Communities/Grantees who will be participating in the community display

If you are planning on mailing materials to the hotel, please be advised that materials should not arrive at the hotel before Friday, October 16, 2009.

The cost of mailing boxes to the hotel and the cost to transport boxes to the exhibit space will be billed to your room at (approximately) the following rates:

  • Small box: $2.00 ea.
  • Medium box: $5.00 ea.
  • >50 #: $25.00 ea.
  • Crate: $50.00 - $100.00 ea.

 

Display tables will be approximately 6 ft long x 30 inches deep. Although we will try to accommodate everyone, please be advised that some may have to share tables. Also, the hotel will provide one chair per table, a table cover, and skirt. If you will be requiring internet or an electrical outlet, please fill the exhibitor form and email to Lisa Weinheimer at the Crowne Plaza (Lisa.Weinheimer@ihg.com). Under company name, please put your name and contract information as internet and electricity will be charged to your room.

Exhibit set up will begin at 8:00 am on Monday October 19, 2009. Please plan on manning the booth during times allotted on the agenda. Displays must be broken down by 12:00 noon Thursday October 22, 2009. The exhibit space must be cleared of boxes by 1:00 pm on October 22, 2009.

If you are planning on sending materials, but will not be able to attending the Workshop, please include a completely filled out return shipping labels for shipment of banners, etc back to originator.
